Admission Procedures

1. The duly filled application with necessary documents should reach the college office before last date.

2. Incomplete and incorrect application will be rejected.

3. In case if false statements in the application are detected on further scrutiny, admission will be cancelled and fees     paid will not be refunded.

4. The right of admission reserved to the Principal.

5. Prescribed fee should be paid at the time of admission.

6. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

7. Admission is provisional and subject to the approval of the concerned competent authority.

8. The right of the admission of the present student of the college to the next higher class will be decided by the     Principal.

9. The following original documents are required to be submitted at the time of admission along with 3 sets of Xerox     copies..

a. Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC, +2)

b. Mark List

c. Transfer Certificate

d. Caste Certificate (for SC/ ST Students)

e. Course & Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended

f. Passport Size Photo 4 Nos.

g. Certificate of Recognition of the qualifying examination

h. Nativity Certificate

i. Medical Fitness Certificate

10. The students are required to refer to rules and regulation of Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council, Indian Nursing Council, Kerala University of Health Sciences and Government v of Kerala issued from time to time.

11. Admission is made only to the First year of the course and not directly to any higher classes or for migration from other colleges will not be entertained.

12. For further communication all applicant should quote the serial number given on the top of application form. Communication without serial number will not be entertained.
